Event: Cougar Trail Run #4

Trail Running race (Cougar Trail Run) 2:36:00 [4] 13.1 mi (11:54 / mi) +853m 6:09 / km
shoes: Salomon XA Pro Mesh #1
Great run. Was hoping to stay below 3 hours and managed that nicely. Hills didnt seem as bad as they have in the past. Props to my trainer JPC. Got me out on a couple extra runs. A dude shadowed me for the last mile and then tried to blow past me in the last 100 yards. There was no way he was going to outsprint me though and I crossed ahead of him. Kinda cool the people at the finish line started cheering louder when they saw we were fighting each other for the finish.
C • is your next goal still a 24 hour race? 2
