shoes: Bullers

Poolburn rogaine, with Pat Bodger. Easy pace, felt good thruout, good appetite after. Added an extra control to the list which we could not find (in daylight) and it turned out to be further on, as usual. Similar for a low-pointer at night. I little stiff behind the knees next couple of days (lots of driving) but fine by day 3. No ankle issues
