Home block. Was feeling strong and it was a good one compared to most which are over 30- except for last Tuesday. Effort praps 3.5 splits 7:50, 5:46, 8:00, 6:37, 0:17 (.02km).Abt 20sec down each km except for the last one which was good. Cadence 170-173 along the flat, 165 consistently up the hill.
