Dry Creek, Haywards interchange and bit of Manor Park. Prior to this visited physio and looks like the week of biking has changed the way my knee tracks, its not bad and some exs should get it right. No running for a bit. After taking these precautions, knee felt fine during the mapping.

Note

Walked the Waikanae River from old hway br to the estuary - GW open day. Lots of standing and little effort given that most of the people there were over 65. Felt fine during but there's a niggle in the L knee.
