Riverbank, by bike. Two zones of 1:39 each. Missed Parkrun this morning due to knee (volunteered instead) but it felt OK after the biking.

Mapping Hutt Riverbank, by bike. Fell off at one stage. Going zero KPH but hit R knee on top bar (inner side kneecap). Was pretty sore but felt OK to continue. In the evening after lots of sitting at the computer it was stiff.

Sprint practice Wgtn Waterfront. Dusk, overcast/drizzle, could hardly see the map, unexceptional course so not great value. Time estd.
