Lower Hutt Parkrun. Pretty warn, no breeze. Splits 5.25, 5.25, 5.19, 5.32, 5.12. Why is km#4 always slower than the rest? Why does the parkrun website refuse to produce the table, long after it can do todays header, volunteers etc?

Home block. very tired (sleepy) today perhaps the ongoing high temps. Had a nap at 7pm then went out after. Started before the GPS was ready so its 1k splits came up late: 8.55 (a long 1k), 6.55, 9.30, 7.14 (short).

Steep track in Akas, plus gentle track in Riverstone. Long drive in, took Gavin. Solved the problem of the gate key.
