Lower Hutt Parkrun. Northerly breeze, pleasant temp (there was some rain early morning). Splits 5.32, 5.25, 5.24, 5.39, 5.20. Pretty average first half but not a bad return run into the wind.

Sprint orienteering Whitireia Polytech. Dist may be beeline. Warm night. Effort maybe 3.5. Didn't feel entirely in control but think misses might total under 1min. Will see when Winsplits goes up.
