Lower Hutt Parkrun. easy. Splits stated late but here they are: 5:49, 5:48, 5:50, 5:37, 5:38 (0.95km). At least I got the 4th km as fastest but I had to work quite hard to do that. I guess its the difference between 10-15sec over the first three, and 12sec under.

Two bridges via hill tracks and BT. Mod effort maybe 3.5, ie less than last Mon for effectively the same time. Splits start slower then nearly catch up but the last part km is less so hard to say where the improvement was. FWIW 10:07, 9:17; 8:01; 6:33; 7:09; 6:45; 6:33; 6:16; 9:18; 7:16; 1:07 (0.16km)
