Lower Hutt Parkrun. Very slight southerly. Felt slow going out but return legs very nice. Splits 5:29, 5:31, 5:24, 5:17, 5:04

Home block. Been very hot, still warm after dark (headlight). Splits 8:34, 6:20, 8:54, 7:56, 0:23 (.02km). Feeling sluggish after not running for nearly 3 weeks, with the exception of the SI Champs. But plenty of time on feet mapping, hope it has helped the foundation.

Wainui Trail Park. V hot and found some Forest and Bird planting tracks so quite slow. Also pushed thru some old tracks that were quite scratchy

SI Champs Middle Weld Cone (Ward). V hot, ground hard with holes hidden by long grass. 1st M60. felt a bit dizzy after but OK after sitting and drinking in the shade.
