Home block. Was feeling strong and it was a good one compared to most which are over 30- except for last Tuesday. Effort praps 3.5 splits 7:50, 5:46, 8:00, 6:37, 0:17 (.02km).Abt 20sec down each km except for the last one which was good. Cadence 170-173 along the flat, 165 consistently up the hill.

CSW1 at Colonial. Good turnout of HVHS. Own course accurate enough but feeling a bit tired, after mapping and Parkrun. Course was the longest red available, pleased to be higher than mid field. An elite did 28:49min. Dist/climb guessed, can't find the map ATM.Some discussion about a vital track being covered by the red line, but we were travelling along it, and the track was clearly not going to stop and re-start.
