Lower Hutt Parkrun. Wasn't sure whether to push hard today after a succession of late nights. Feelings that I might not be over the head cold. In the end pushed reas hard tho beaten by 8sec by fellow M70. Splits 5:29, 5:22, 5:23, 5:35, 5:18. Cadence averaged 181.

Home block, quite easy perhaps 2.6 effort. Splits 8:40, 7:07, 9:16, 8:35. Cold dark and spitty. But rugged up OK., Headlamp pretty dim.

AW Rogaine Mt Vic. Hiccup at the start meeting Gordon's physio Rowan who had arranged to come as an introduction. Started about 6:30 or later. But quite an enjoyable excursion, mostly walking and a little running. She was quite fit and I held her up on runnable bits. Lots of stops of course.

Needed a bit of quick as nothing yest and rogaine tomorrow. Happy with time for moderate effort. Splits 7:40, 5:52, 8:17, 7:08, 0:27 (.05km).

OY at QE Park. Pleased with run, and nav only faded a couple of times due to tiredness. Having said that the nav was easy perhaps helped by the planner dispensing with the 2.5m contours. Distance beeline. Estd 9km actual. Spent a couple of half-minutes refolding A3 map in flimsy undersize bag.
