Home block interrupted by some course checking on the riverbank. Did the Onehuka Rd steps again, still an effort but not so bad. Measured pulse at the top by counting over 6sec -> 140, and Garmin agreed. Rest of run a bit under 3 effort. the interruption was 1.3km over 40min and not counting that.

Two bridges. Watch battery low so no splits. Climbed the Onehuka Rd steps for a change - a struggle. But time seems quite good for the effort. It's usu been over the hour.
