Miramar rogine with Dick Dinsdale. Clear crisp night, managed right clothing for the effort which was a low 3, praps 2.7. Not a lot of running but a good pace in some bush terrain. Compared to Sunday, felt really fresh during and after.

Battle Hill OY and CSW. From the start wasn't leaping out of my skin but navigated well in the first loop, reaching 3rd place. After that tiredness crept in and slipped to 10th. One small miss after the long leg where a white spur wasn't evident from above. But had the advantage of a mapping visit a week ago. Dist and climb from planner.
