Lower Hutt Parkrun. Strong cold southerly. Rugged up heavily and took it easy. Splits 7:20, 7:13, 6:42, 6:19, 6:10.

Std downtown excursion. Quite cold, didn't need to de-robe for the climb.

Home block, well under 4 effort say 3.6. Good time considering that. Splits (they came up early so suspect) 7:29, 5:47, 8:04, 7:18, 0:45 (.08km). Pace avge 163.

Mt Victoria CSW event. Map looked like 1:5000 reduced to 1:7500, with typical ISSOm thin small-track symbols, 2.5m contours and pale large-track symbols. Illegible. Tracks don't seem to have been updated for a while, at least around #12. Distance beeline as per planner.
