Lower Hutt Parkrun. No wind, hint of showering. Effort high result moderate, felt as though might be dizzy while in the cafe an hour later. OK subsequently. Splits 5:45, 5:33, 5:36, 5:42, 5:22.

Home block, first time for several weeks due to cough. Identical time to 2 runs ago May 27; and only once since (a month ago). Nice. Splits 7:55, 5:58, 9:05, 7:56, Cadence 155 along the flat, 160 overall.

Sprint relay at Vic Uni (with Greg Maddigan). Had to find bright sunlight to read the map. No surprises there - 1:4000.
