Saturday Aug 17 #

Running race 31:40 [3] 5.0 km (6:20 / km)

Lower Hutt Parkrun. Strong northerly, and a broken sleep led to an easy day. Splits 6:05, 6:03, 6:25, 6:47, 6:20

Friday Aug 16 #

Biking 14:30 [3] 1.7 km (8:32 / km) +140m 6:02 / km

Thursday Aug 15 #

Rogaining race 3:00:00 [3] 13.9 km (12:57 / km) +300m 11:41 / km
shoes: Vasque Grand Traverse

AW rogaine Tinakori to Zealandia, with Simon Rea. Mostly fast walk but some gentle jogging. Feeling just al littkle tired twds end and a little stiff 2hrs later but OK I think. Poor strategy, score .LT.1000

Wednesday Aug 14 #

Running 30:55 [3] 4.0 km (7:44 / km) +140m 6:35 / km
shoes: Vasque Grand Traverse

Home block. Much easier than yesterday praps 3.4. Nice. Splits 8:04, 6:03, 8:53, 7:40, 0:15 (.02km)

Tuesday Aug 13 #

Running 28:37 [4] 4.0 km (7:09 / km) +140m 6:05 / km
shoes: Vasque Grand Traverse

Home block effort abt 3.8. Wasnt going to go hard but the 1st km felt like it wanted to spin so kept it going to 2km, then eased off for the hill. Splits 7:08, 5:45, 8:45, 6:59. Compared to early July 1st and last splits much better, 2nd same, 3rd up the hill 40sec slower. Weird. Cadence 164 o'all, 172 down the hill. GPS didnt get a lock until half way so data suspect.

Sunday Aug 11 #
