Walking 50:00 [1] 3.5 km (14:17 / km) +100m 12:30 / km

Geraldine Talbot Forest. Something weird about the track, it missed off the first part yet teh time and dist seem right.

Monday Sep 23 #

Biking 16:00 [4] 1.7 km (9:25 / km) +140m 6:40 / km
shoes: Specialised #2

Std downtown excusrion. Eqvt dist/time for just the uphills. Pushed hard on way up in 2nd-bottom gear. Forgot to time the climb though. Felt tough but good.

Sunday Sep 22 #

Orienteering race 1:00:00 [3] 4.5 km (13:20 / km)
shoes: Olway

Score event Maungakotukutuku. Dist measured on the map as run. 2min marking the low pointers to avoid (some of which I visited anyway!) And then 2min late over the hour. Walked the tracks, ran the road (with a bit of a break). Feeling good. Went out to get some controls after. Calves sl tight (praps after yesterday's run.)
