Dunedin Parkrun. Took easy, managed to run up all the hills. Feeling good. Splits 8:05, 8:32, 10:10, 10:03, 8:22

Dunedin Town Belt. Near Moana Pool, into the bush this time. Finished sheet 7 (1st pass) and got halfway up Sheet 8 (first pass). Several interruptions - lunch, moving to various parking spots.

Geraldine Talbot Forest. Something weird about the track, it missed off the first part yet teh time and dist seem right.

Std downtown excusrion. Eqvt dist/time for just the uphills. Pushed hard on way up in 2nd-bottom gear. Forgot to time the climb though. Felt tough but good.

Score event Maungakotukutuku. Dist measured on the map as run. 2min marking the low pointers to avoid (some of which I visited anyway!) And then 2min late over the hour. Walked the tracks, ran the road (with a bit of a break). Feeling good. Went out to get some controls after. Calves sl tight (praps after yesterday's run.)
