Lower Hutt Parkrun. Left watch at home charging so no splits. Feeling stiff after Thursday's run which was the first run for a couple of weeks. Still, about 1.5min off previous LH Parkrun.

Walk from home to Gazley Motors with interruptions for posting and coffee.

Orienteering race 11:47 [3] 1.2 km (9:49 / km)

O-Max #1 at Mt Vic. Lemon course by mistake. Buttoned off when I realised.

Orienteering race 48:22 [3] 3.0 km (16:07 / km)
shoes: Jalas Black FLX #2

O-Max #1 Mt Vic. Proper course (well actually this was Vet but there was a short option for super-vet.) One booboo abt 2min. Ablel to run comfortably except for steep uphills. Praps strill a little below par eg Bill T and William P were low 40's.

Gazley Motors to home, with pause at supermarket. Slow enough not to raise a sweat.

shoes: Specialised #2

Aust Champs Long distance. 3rd M70. Very happy with time 6min behind. Clean ride and feeling good.
