Lower Hutt Parkrun. Strong northerly wind. Didnt start watch properly. Felt something in L H/S but not all the time. Need to be rigorous with exs.

Sprint the Bay Stage 5 Sleeping Giant (Te Mata Peak). 5th/21, not sure why so high. Couple of 30sec errors.

Sprint the Bay Stage 6 Havelock Nth Village. 9th/21 (that' smore like my standing in this group. Ted won o'all. Been doing stretches prescribed by Esther on Tuesday. H/S sometimes making itself felt but think its getting better. Been feeling a little dehydrated but think I drank enough. At any rate have arrived back home feeling not too tired.
