Std downtown excursion. H/s niggle soon after starting but mostly OK.

Orienteering race 30:00 [3] 3.4 km (8:49 / km)
shoes: Vasque Grand Traverse

CSW Sprint Thorndon. H/s was OK-ish with low effort (say about 2.6). Map wasnt as terrible to read as last week EXCEPT that the circles had white halos which hid detail and in at least one case suggested a pass-thru that did not exist. Missed a control.
