Two bridges. Feeling sluggish so took it easy - 2.6-ish and was still a struggle up the hill. Quite long waits at traffic lights nearly 2min total. Surprised that time v similar to last couple of runs on this cct. Splits 9:43, 8:28, 9:12, 8:09. 8:01, 8:13, 12:26, 7:51 (0.85km).

Home block. Pushed a bit harder say 3.7 and got the time down a bit. Splits 8:39, 6:12, 9:04, 7:21, 0:07 (.00km!) 1+min faster than Tue. The overage at the end was diff so not directly comparable but looks like 15+sec off each km. Cadence 170 down Pomare 160 on flat and down Matuhi. Good.

Two bridges. Pleasant but met lots of ppl before getting to Wairere. Just on dusk and used small loan SIlva headlamp after T Rd. Not a great test as street lights enough. Splits 9:49, 8:38, 9:05, 8:15, 8:03, 8:01, 11:11, 9:16, 0:12 (.01km) Similar to last Sat, just 1min longer at the two traffic lights.

Home block. Crisp night. Started easy but felt good and prob effort was 3.5. Splits 8:48, 6:34, 9:12, 7:34, 0:28 (.04km). Half a minute off last two. Bit slower 1stkm, same 2nd, faster the last two. No indications from h/s or calves.

Home block. dark and wet and I worried about how I felt after yesterday. But there were no probs with the strengthening exs so ran it gingerly. Felt the twinges slightly behind the Right knee rather than left, and they didn't go anywhere during the run. Which was a reasonable time considering how gently I ran. Effort prob 2.6. Splits 9:53, 7:24, 10:49, 9:35, 0:32 (.04km). Roughly Imin slower each km and 2min slower for the last one. S/be good for something faster next time.

Two bridges incl hill tracks and BT, andn a few other small explorations. Back of L knee nr h.s started niggling down Hill Rd and along flat but was OK up T Rd. Dunno if that's the same prob, or related. Splits 12:47, 12:37, 11:07, 11:33, 10:27, 10:04, 9:48, 10:01, 11:42, 12:06, 5:50 (.48km).
