Not Parkrun (other side of river). Cool abt 10deg. Splits 7:25, 7:19, 7:09, 7:11, 7:10, 1:23 (0.2km). Took unplanned deviation round soccer on return otherwise would have been close to 5.0. So 36:14 for the 5k. Just gone to my Parkrun profile and find that the facility for recordingg not parkruns wont be there until next week. Oh well at least I had a nice run and coffee at Buzz.

Two bridges. Dark, cool and dry. Intent fairly relaxed and to equalise effort down/uphill. Fairly good time for the effort. Same km times as 10 May (69min) along the east riverbank, faster on the other kms. Laps 8:36, 7:11, 8:03, 8:04, 7:52, 7:50, 10:58, 7:05 (.87km). Cadence 153 av, 160-165 d/hill, 153-155 on flat.

Home block. Effort low 3's rising to high 3's up the hill.. Splits 8:18, 6:03, 9:36, 7:31 (0.97km) Yes splits came up later than usual tonight. Headlight seemed dim altho showed green on switching off. Maybe I was on low:-)) Cadence av 159. Bizarre HR steadily rising to 171 then suddenly dropping at a point BEFORE the top of T Rd.

Waitangi21 Rogaine Re-run Mt Victoria 2hrs via MapRun. Bit off more than I could chew and maybe missed some riches in the S end of the course. But found a good exit and was lucky to finish on time as had wrong start time in my head. Walked the uphills, ran the downs.
