Lower Hutt Parkrun. Cold southerly, some showers tho was able to take parka off for the return leg. Wind speed only about 10kph judging by lack of wind on way back, tho there were occ gusts on my back. Effort well below 4, perhaps 3.6. Splits 7:02, 6:54, 6:21, 5:55, 5:20.

Home block. 1st 2km seemed good but maybe not enough puff for the hillclimb. Under 30 though. Pretty much same time as last Tues but with higher effort of 4 I think. Interesting that cadence was higher, over 170 d/hill and flat, and over 160 up hill. for av of 165 (162 last week). Splits 7:41, 6:04, 8:41, 7:09, 0:17(.02km)
