Running race 30:51 [3] 5.0 km (6:10 / km)
shoes: Vasque Grand Traverse

Lower Hutt NOT Parkrun. Brisk temp 4-5deg tho sunny. Slight northerly. In spite of that recorded improving splits thru-out. 6:44, 6:20, 6:10, 6:03, 5:34. Effort was a bit higher than 3.0 specially towards the end but set out wanting to be OKk for 2moro's orienteering.

Home block, easy. Nice night but still appreciated hat and gloves. Splits 8:59, 6:58, 9:50, 8:55, 0:26 (.02km). Compared to post-ribs times, 1mpk slower down and 2mpk slower up. Good in retrospect, as its tempting to turn an easy run into a med-hard one by powering up the hill. I WAS a bit foofed after Tuesday. PS ribs nearly 1yr ago.

Wednesday Aug 12, 2020 #

Biking 14:30 [3] 1.7 km (8:32 / km) +140m 6:02 / km

Std downtown excursion. Up T Rd with light load 10:45. Didnt feel that fast. And shouldn't have been, as was quite tired after last night's rogaine. Which in turn came on top of 3hrs on the feet mapping, a bit longer than I set out to do.

AW Rogaine Belmont Regional Park, with GS. Warm night, progressed quite well tho have yet to see whether teh route via the trig (nearly) was the right one. Walking category.

shoes: Jalas Black FLX #2

CSW event Tunnel Gully. Thought I did well to run for most of the runnable bits but well behind the usual rivals. Nice excursion, probably not really mapreading due to map knowledge. Warm sunny day.
