AW Rogaine, walk category. Onslow Coll over Kaukau and back thru streets. Thought that 90min might be enough but that didnt provide a satisfying loop so carried on to 3hrs. Great stream route thru the bush. Long boring street travel to finish and didn't make it on time. Effort 2.5 overall, maybe 3 at the end. Bit of soreness L lower h/s.
