Lower Hutt Parkrun. Walk/run as niggle behind both knees since rogaine. Splits 9:46, 7:28, 9:10, 7:30, 8:01 (walk/run), 0:11 (.03km). Splits came up sl early.

Afterwork rogaine Mt Vic. Solo. Beautiful night, maybe 15deg at finish. Arr late due to traffic and started 7min late, but finished nicely on time. Set up on MapRun, it recorded all but one which I think was a trig point on Cobham Drive with nothing for the planner to locate it off. Wondered twds the end if L back-of-knee would give trouble but seems OK now 90min later. Tomorrow will tell. IF tehn distance (from MapRun) is correct that's a pretty good k-rate for walking, when I thought I was taking it easy.

Home block. A bit harder than Mon maybe same early rising twds 4 up the hill. Shows in the splits 7:59, 5:55, 8:51, 7:15, 0:20 (.03km). Splits came up a little early.

Monday Nov 9 #

Home block. battery low on watch but got approx times after 2.5km mark. Splits 7:56, 6:07, 9:06 approx, 8:01 approx. Been feeling stiff after sitting in one place eg at computer, but this felt OK. With little running lately effort cautious around 3.5, breathing was very easy at this rate. No special attention to cadence (it was 162 over 1st 2.5km which doesnt count most of the uphill). Wx cool 12 deg with southerly making itself felt along the bottom. Get the feeling that watch is losing charge faster lately, but having said that the last charge was only to half full.
