Lower Hutt Parkrun. Blustery northerly but not quite as strong as last time I ran at this effort (4wks ago?) Felt good in the legs but limited by chest. Effort 3.6-7. Splits (started watch 0:21 late due to fumbling) 6:07, 5:58, 6:07, 6:19, 5:56

Home block easy (eff 2.6?) Splits (came up late) 9:18, 7:13, 10:14, 8:40 (0.95km). Warm. Doesnt compare well with 28 Oct but anyway a comfortable jog was the aim.
