Pokapu Middle Champs, Foxtangi. Had a mediocre run in a small field but think I wuz robbed out of 1st by a switch of finish boxes. Finish split over 1min slower than everyone else.

Picking up rest of ribbons from Sprint AR5. Warm. Hint of drizzle. 4 missing. That makes 6 altogether out of approx 70. Includes the one I had already replaced last Sat. Thought - should have put a third one there to titivate the phantom ribbon-remover. It was on the short little path in the bushes on the edge of California Park.

Afterwork score event Wrights Hill. Map un-updated 1:5000 ISSOM thing with invisible tracks. Went for some big ones to cut down the reading. Quite nice in the bush but it was pretty optimistically mapped.

Home block. Was quite stiff to start with incl R heel which has been bothering for week or so. Improved after a while. Splits (came up a bit early) 8:27, 6:26, 9:01, 7:59, 0:36 (.05km) Cadence av 155, didnt get over 160.
