Lower Hutt Parkrun. Blustery northerly. Conversation all the way, nice. Splits 6:19, 6:14, 6:28, 6:48, 6:15 (.99km). Av cadence 162.

Afterwork event in Naenae Cemetery. Dist beeline. Bit of a rickety run but no big time loss and physically fine.

Home block. Aim abt effort 3. Splits 8:11, 5:54, 9:14, 8:04, 0:30 (.04km). Splits came up early.. Puffed a bit but joints fine, maybe a bit of R heel discomfort. Compared to last time faster 1st 2km, slower 3rd, half minute quicker oall.

Polapu Long Champs. Pretty good run in wet conditions but 10% down on speed. Maybe some was conservative route choice but NSK def running faster than me.
