Planned to do 4x1mile but felt like crap so only did 3. HR and resp were higher than expected.

In retrospect... I was pushing the pace too hard. Should have been targeting 6:40ish. But I still felt like crap so that may not have made that much difference.

Comparing HR from last time, the avg for each mile was about the same....
