Visit to DC for ultrasound on knee and heel for the latest chapter in the never-ending-injury-story...

Good news is there's nothing super-major going wrong. Biggest concern was the possibility of a cyst behind left knee.

IT band is pinching the medial meniscal horn causing general pissed-offed-ness for the left knee. Walking hurts. It really fired up after the hike on sunday.

Right heel has gotten really painful. Calcification between the achilles tendon and the calcaneous has gotten bad enough to warrant removal. The pain is now constant and is affecting gait mechanics even when walking. probably causing the knee problem.

I should be able to use the ERG and cycle.
