| Castlewood Full pack. Training ride with my PA teammates.
Cedar Bluff & Grotpeter + Roller Coaster. The new trail is some sweet singletrack. Thermometer at home was reading 18 degrees @ 8AM, 24 @ 10:30. Was very cold on the flats out to Cedar Bluff but once we got thru the tunnel and going up the hill it wasn't too bad. Took a dive hopping a log on the new trail. Just caught the edge of the front tire. front wheel turned parallel to the log and slammed my right shoulder and knee into the ground. Hopefully only bruises. We'll see what isn't working tomorrow. | ||

80 degrees on monday, 26 degrees this morning! moderate wind. wore expedition weight top, wind vest, tights, wind-proof gloves, light-weight cycliing hat. Cold for first 1/4 mile, ok after that. Wasn't my fastest run since injury, but felt really good. | ||

| I'm clearing about 20 acres of dense cedar and locust trees on my farm. Did about 3/4 of an acre today bringing the total cleared so far to just under 7 acres.
This isn't a work-out in the classic sense, but using a 22" chain-saw for 6 or 7 hours straight is a long day on the legs and a great upper body strength training session. It's also why there's no workout on Monday. | ||
