Almost entirely on grass. Ankle deep, thick soysia grass is probably as low-impact as running gets, but it sure is an ass-kicker. It provides a ton of resistance. Route. | ||

| Excellent dinner tonight at a pan-asian place. Zensai. 9 piece sashimi (tuna, salmon, white tuna) + a KC Deluxe roll with tuna, salmon, crab meat, tobiko all wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber. Best sashimi I've had.

Didn't sleep well. Woke up a bunch of times and had weird dreams. Went to dinner at a place call Tiki. $17 for a Sesame Tuna. It was a huge serving. 3 pieces of tuna each about 6 ounces. Cooked to perfection. Seared on the outside, cold inside. Talk about protein overload! | ||
