Setting the last 2 green/blue controls, including carrying 25 lbs of water. Spent a lot of time here walking around 'cause I don't really like how it's mapped.

Collecting controls. 2 major hills. Got in 3 - 10 second hill sprints.

Amazing turn-out for the meet on a beautiful sunny (and warm) day. 82 entries. 20 some-odd on the blue course!!!

Back from the beach. Decided to take advantage of the sun and 80F weather.

Almost entirely on grass. Ankle deep, thick soysia grass is probably as low-impact as running gets, but it sure is an ass-kicker. It provides a ton of resistance.

Note
Excellent dinner tonight at a pan-asian place. Zensai. 9 piece sashimi (tuna, salmon, white tuna) + a KC Deluxe roll with tuna, salmon, crab meat, tobiko all wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber. Best sashimi I've had.

Too tired by the time we arrived at the condo @ 5PM.

Didn't sleep well. Woke up a bunch of times and had weird dreams.

Went to dinner at a place call Tiki. $17 for a Sesame Tuna. It was a huge serving. 3 pieces of tuna each about 6 ounces. Cooked to perfection. Seared on the outside, cold inside. Talk about protein overload!

Went out to Babler with the whole family. Slow crawl around the orange course. Great day to be in the woods. Felt like it was about 75F.
