Today was move-in day for the John Burroughs 500 family garage sale. Started at 6:45AM. Unloaded one 40 foot trailer, ten 24 foot moving van loads, and four stake bed trucks of all kinds of stuff. Boxes of books are to be dreaded! I was inside the trucks handing boxes out to be loaded onto hand trucks. Pretty much continuous for 6 hours, then 1/2 hour moving boxes around in my department (I'm co-chair for pets, hardware, lawn and garden).

I'm whuppped.

Mediterranean stew with chick peas, red and yellow pepers, zuchinni, onions, garlic, corriander, cinnamon, tomatos, potatos, and sweet potatos.

Excellent bottle of Argintine Malbec.

Got home about 12:30. Went to the 'wood with Matt. He forgot his cycling shoes, I got a flat before getting on the bike. Once we got going, had a great ride. Beautiful day. Not much power in the legs, but made it up Lone Wolf hill in decent shape.

Too windy (25mph) to go paddling and low tide was at 11AM. Did a run around Mom's neighborhood.

Felt fine, but right quad kept tightening up during the last 15 minutes.
