| Took my computer on the camping trip with the hope that I'd get some time to lay out the courses for the Forest Park O-meet on July 5. It rained for a couple hours on Saturday. Planned 3 sprints and an Orange/Short course. Hopefully my computer will be revived so I can go check the courses on the ground. |

| Was limited for time and had wanted to do a longer run so upped the pace a bit. Intensity was about a 3.5. HR at finish was 132. Felt really good. A great morning for a run: 60F, overcast, breeze.
Going camping at Sam A Baker this weekend. There are lots of trails. Maybe I can get a 2-3 hour run in on Sunday.... |

| Home from Hawn today. Packing up the trailer isn't all that restful, but no cardio today. I woke early this AM with GI cramps and feeling lousy. Really tired. Took a 1.5 hour nap this afternoon and still feel pretty bad. Hungry, but eating causes discomfort... Hopefully a good night of sleep will help. |
