Rained a flood last night. Water everywhere in the park....

My computer died on Sunday and it's not back up yet. Motherboard? Dell is sending a new one + another set of mem modules + new video card + an onsite fix-it person. Hopefully back up tomorrow, maybe Monday...

A quick 14 floors on the way in to work this morning. Planning to head over to marshall road for a few reps this afternoon....
Run hills 1:22:40 [3] 11 km (7:31 / km) +500m 6:07 / km
shoes: ASICS #3
2 reps on Marshall, 2 reps on Timberview (or whatever it's called) up past the apartments to the railroad bridge, then a third rep up Marshall to finish things off.

Time includes about 10 minutes of easy warmup on the park trail.

Topo/Trail Map. On trails the whole time, but practiced map reading. Lots of poison ivy & ticks! Very rugged terrain, even on the trails there were a few areas that I had to walk. Very steep hills too. A good workout.

Had wanted to do the 12 mile loop, but slow pace nixed that option....

Temps in the low 60's but high humidity made it feel uncomfortably warm.
