| 30 minutes after wake-up. Passive stretching and also had Benjamin (54 lbs) stand on calves, using his heels to apply pressure to sore spots, while I rotated ankle. Close approx to what the chiropracter does...
15 minutes pre-ride. Kinesio tape on the foot to try an help the PF. | ||

| A tour around kirkwood + 2 reps on Marshall + Grants Trail.
It was hot. Quads were threatening to cramp up for the last 30 minutes. I consumed enough fluids but didn't get enough sodium. Saw 4 snakes on Grants Trail, 3 garters and 1 unknown. Didn't see the 'unknown' until I was nearly on top of it. I think I avoided hitting it. It was a dark brown or black and sort of thick, 2 ft long.... | ||

| Back home from Idaho last night but luggage took an extended holiday. It came home this afternoon....
Happy that I lost a couple or three pounds rather than a gain.... Heel is really sore today. Not sure why. Didn't do that much walking yesterday. Need to make a decision on Thunder Rolls.... | ||
