PMTR is gonna hurt a lot this year. No hill training and not much speed work.
Felt ok until I got half way along Aviation Field and then I needed a bathroom. Badly. TY Wash U Medical School. While not yet a trend, it's happening way more often than I'd like. Not sure what to do about it though.

3 Laps at FP.
Beautiful morning. Low humidity so even the warmer temps later didn't bother me much. 63F at start (about 15 degrees warmer than yesterday!).
Final 20 miler before Tunnel Hill and happy with the run. Negative splits for each segment. Felt strong at the finish which is a bit surprising given how I felt at the end of the run home last night. Time does not include stops at car for shoe changes, but does include stops to adjust shoelaces, snack, stop lights, etc.
Wore newts for the first lap and then changed to oly's for the 2nd. Plantar was achy towards the end of lap 2 so switched back to the newts and felt fine for lap 3. Will probably start in the Oly's at TH and finish in the newtons.
Ice bath from the tailgate for both feet and ankles.
Last night, cutting through parking lots on manchester, my direct path took me between two bushes. At the last second, I noticed a GIANT spider web, probably 4 feet in diameter with a HUGE spider sitting in the middle. Would have landed dead center of my chest. I stopped very quickly.
Today after 19.x miles and more than 3 hours in the park, a walnut fell from the sky and landed about a centimeter in front of my just landed foot. A fraction of a second and it would have hit me squarely on the noggin. Probably the act of a miscreant squirrel. The people running the other way took notice and watched for falling walnuts.

Roadkill + a lap around FP.
Time includes stop lights. Does not include a VCLU stop.
Legs felt good. Left ankle a mildly pissy towards the end. Lateral calc. Peroneal? Bursa probably. Not sure what the 167 HR was. I don't remember anything that strenuous. I think that's bogus hr monitor readings right at the start.

Home via Link to Bwood I64 station. Direct as possible.
Legs were good for first 2 miles and then I bonked. Half an ensure helped. Miles 4 and 5 were ok.
The route from Brentwood is pretty uninspiring. Lots of traffic and a number of busy street crossings.
