Today, I feel almost normal for the first time since I got sick on April 2nd.

As per normal for me, transitioning back to running from an extended time off has caused the left ankle and the left peroneus tertius to flare up again. Hoping that a couple days off of running + some PT will relieve the ankle since it seems to be coming from tight calf. Hoping the tendon thing is not another 4-6 month recovery problem.
