Hip was tight again today, even with all the mobility work this morning and yesterday. Hoping it was just the strength stuff yesterday.

Psoas, lats, tfl, IT, adductors all contributing to the tightness.

Ventured forth to Walmart this afternoon and got a #1 soccer ball, a 5" foam roller ball, and a yoga block.... ready for some brutal deep tissue work.

an hour in the sauna suit was about all I could take.

the newest hive, a package installed last weekend, seems to have gone queenless already. Pulled apart the big hive ISO a frame with eggs. Found lots of larvae and capped cells. Finally found a frame with eggs and dropped it into the maybe-queenless hive. If she's not there, the workers should raise a new one. But she won't be a carni. That'll be a quick waste of $175.
