7 AM

Run 25:41 intensity: (4:08 @1) + (11:57 @2) + (8:28 @3) + (36 @4) + (32 @5) 2.37 mi (10:50 / mi) +31m 10:25 / mi
ahr:127 max:165 shoes: Lone Peak 3 #2

Easy run made less easy due to altitude (Ft Collins). Pretty sure the intensity 4 & 5 were HR strap malfunction. I don't remember trying to kill myself with any sprints.
11 AM

Terrain 55:55 [3] 2.34 mi (23:54 / mi) +150m 19:55 / mi
shoes: Lone Peak 3 #2

With Dale. Tried to get in a hike before we realized we'd didn't have time. Gem Lake trail head.
2 PM

Terrain 1:50:55 [3] 3.49 mi (31:47 / mi) +299m 25:06 / mi
shoes: Giant TCX 1

Went back after lunch and actually did the hike up to Gem Lake. Got poured on coming down.

Climbing 10:00 [4]

had planned to go for a ride but Will called and wanted to try out Climb So iLL.
I either did 3 or 4 routes and was pretty well spent afterwards. It's been a long time since I did any climbing and definitely used some dormant muscle groups. The first 2 routes were all about remembering the basics.

All auto-belay. Total empathy for a woman who made it to the top of the route but couldn't bring herself to 'fall off' the wall and descend on the auto-belayer. She was up there for a good 15 minutes until a staff member talked her down via reverse climb. Her second attempt - drop off the wall from 4' up didn't go well either.
