no hr rate, cos let my watch in finland by mistake. Ran from macquarie, around mt painter, and over down near the lake, up over black mountain, and a lap around the top of it, then home via aranda ridge, and some other random bit of forest. Nice run, felt good, little tired though, still jetlagged to fuck, but didnt run yesterday, which was probably a good idea. HR would have been a bit higher than normal, but only cos first longer run for a while, and back running after the flights. Am back in australia for 3.5 weeks.

longer run with ecmo from home, down into the aranda bushlands, and over black mountain for the 2nd time. Felt ok the whole run, but was cramping pretty bad the last 10mins, tried to stop and stretch sometimes, but that just made it heaps worse. Bit tired on the final hill climb up the steep side of black mountain, but think my bit of pain was about 10% of what i think ecmo was going thru:)
