Mountain Biking 1:05:00 [3]
Two Creeks(sydney) again but this time I went hard. I bloody love this track, Good technical riding mixed with fast single track. Sore hammy and tight tired muscles from yesterday, but I think i'm pretty much recovered from virus and enjoying pushing in trainging again.

Saturday Jul 14

Orienteering race 1:25:00 [4]
Australian Long champs. Screwed up, struggled physically. Still come 4th. but was 15 min behind shep. Very dissapointing depth in Aus orienteering. Good to beat Smithy by 6 seconds and Robbie also. Thats just fun. Realy enjoyed the area and course, wish I was fit so I could attack the course, would love to see how close I could get to sheps time. I think close but not quite. I'm fired up to try now.

Friday Jul 13

Note
(rest day)
JWOC relay. cold beyond belief. Go Checks.

Thursday Jul 12

Orienteering race 40:00 [4]
JWOC middle final. All the NZ girls were on fire.

Started well but faded over the second half with fatigue and a fatigue related error. So pissed off Karl bet me. Really really fucked off actaully. Made me grumpy for a day. Then that young Ryan Smith comes in and smashes us by over 2 minutes. Impressed with the little fella. Awesome area, especially start of course, very open trees and fast running but rocks everywhere so you had to focus.

Wednesday Jul 11

Mountain Biking 1:30:00 [1]
JWOC Middle Qualifyier. NZ team awesome!

Mountain bike to, from and around zoo.

Tuesday Jul 10

Orienteering race 1:05:00 [3]
Awesome area. Great fun. Feeling a bit stink. Could be hangover but don't normally feel this shit. Navigated cleanly though, although could have had some better route choices.

Monday Jul 9

Running - Road 30:00 [2]
JWOC Long Distance. What an amazing spectator venue. Awesome. Greta Knarston. Amazing.

Went with Karl around dubbo dash map. Struggled 10 minutes into it then gave up. Karl dropped me, I managed to run (most) of the way home, but felt like utter crap. Not good for my confidence.
