In aussie, training map. Just walked to rest foot. Wearing soft running shoes all day, sitting on plain and in car. I think its all helping.

Good solid run. Feeling great for the first time since easter!

Foot felt fine running then, sore afterwards. Wearing running shoes around work helps. very worrying.
