| Warm up/warm down/between intervals. Didn't find time till 9:30pm after my bike broke down in woodhill and had to attend to sick animals and go watch some dudes dance. So did a quick hill rep session instead of long run which I need to do soon before Kauri run. |

| Feeling much better, body wanted to run and even wanted to go fast....for about 11 mins and 10 seconds. Then it was a struggle. Not that I was going very fast anyway. Coughing and spluttering everything up so that helps clear things up. Should be back to full training again next week. |
