| Running - Off road race 2:56:58 [4] | ||
| Kauri Run. 39.16 to hill top, 38.31(1.17) to first drink, 46.38(2.04) to Kennedy Bay road, 8.24 to trig, 15.23 (2.28) along top to next trig. 19.40 down the hill, and 9.04 along the road to finish.
Ran with James Kuegler to top, then Bradshaw appeared from behind and ran along with him for a while except he was pulling away on the climbs. He dropped me at the second drinks, then at Kennedy Bay road I saw Jamie and James infront of me up the hill. So went hard...started to cramp along the top again but wasn't bad like last year, then opened up down the hill but cramped badly a few times, was still flying though and managed to get withen 50 metres of Jamie then my legs blew out on the last section of down and Jamie had about 300 metres on me when we hit the road, I managed to whittle it down to 20 m, but he big man held me off in an amazingly fast sprint. 2004. 2.57. 2006 2.51 2007 Darren 2.45 James 2.53 Jamie 2.56 Penny 3.19! Jager 3.46 Tim 4.15 :( King Greg DNS

Wednesday Nov 14 | ||
| Running - Off road hills 1:30:00 [2] | ||
| Running around checking out map for Waitangi weekend. Feeling pretty flat, but Arimiro is just AWESOME. I can't wait.
Glenora is the complete opposite. I can not believe how badly it is mapped. A duck could have mapped it better....using OCAD9 especially.

| Running - Off road 30:00 [3] | ||
| Quick jog around one tree hill with Nick. Thanks to nick for getting me out the door. Really struggled to keep up with Nick (actually I couldn't). Was a good wake up call. I couldn't even blame it on work or yesterdays session or anything, because I hadn't worked and Nick did more faster yesterday. I think I just need to train a lot more. Damn it. | ||
Tuesday Nov 13 | ||
| Running - Off road intervals 20:00 [5] | ||
| 17 * 70/20's Have always wanted to do this session because it always sounds so gruelling. Unfortunatly I had a break in the middle so didn't get to experience the true pain of 20 non stop. still a good session though. | ||
| Running - Off road warm up/down 20:00 [1] | ||
