| Up the Matuketuke River Valley, checking out the EcoSeagate course for next friday. took all day, did a bit of running. but mainly just walking around and getting a big blister on my big toe. |

| Warm up before efforts, in between efforts and then an average orienteering session in the forest (see Nick's post) and then a good run home with Tim. I was in a strange mood after the efforts and didn't really help the group other than make negetive comments. Shame, anyway I've got some good exercises planned for my training day. |

| Missed training today. Worked late and then just couldn't be arsed going out at night. Was really pissed of with myself the next day, especially cos I got the new programme from the super coach and I've already let him down! Was supposed to do 60 min with 40 intensity 4. |

| Pyramids- 2 sets of 1,2,3,2,1 with 1min recoveries and 3min between sets. , good session, everyone was giving it heaps.
I faded at the end and up the short hill. Something the super coach said he will work on. |
