Sunday Apr 13

Mountain Biking 1:03:00 [3]
Rode to the OY from home. Struggled to keep up with Marquita, was a bit knackered from yesterday.
Orienteering race 1:24:00 [3]
Was very tired starting off and just about dead by twenty minutes. Fought so hard to not DNF and keep jogging (mostly). Made some stupid mistakes because of tiredness, like not bothering to look at the map and thinking I could just go on memory, but wasn't even in the right area. Not a very positive training day really but still time under the belt.

Saturday Apr 12

Running - Off road hills 23:00 [4]
Three Hill reps, Gumboot gate hil. 7.26, 7.21, 7.29.

Bloody good.

Bit of a head cold coming.
Running - Off road 50:00 [3]
I was running.

Friday Apr 11

Note
(rest day)
Still pretty grumpy.

Thursday Apr 10

Running - Off road 1:45:00 [2]
Long run Okura Bush walkway with Mark, Tim and Elmo with no light. I was feeling very flat.

Then found out I only got the long for Czech. Dissapointed.

Tuesday Apr 8

Running - Off road (Morning) 30:00 [2]
Mid morning Yog.
Running - Off road intervals 8:00 [5]
eight 50 second intervals from road up to domain steps. Slowed steadily to 57.
Running - Off road warm up/down 20:00 [1]
Warming up/down and all around intervals.

Monday Apr 7

Running - Off road 45:00 [3]
Day light savings ended so I thought I'd celebrate by running in the dark with a headlamp. Buet night. Went up to turn back on hedleys fence. Can't beleive I'm feeling so good considering I felt so crap on friday and saturday and then busted my arse totally on the ride yesterday. Just a bit tired up the steep hills but enjoying running.
