Sunday Jun 8

Running - Off road 1:00:00 [4]
Solid run with some a few small hills. Very pleased. Ankle not bad.

Saturday Jun 7

Running - Off road 1:40:00 [3]
Good run, hills around home. Special thanks to Leppin Squeezy. Twisted right ankle.

Friday Jun 6

Running - Road 40:00 [3]
weight:76.6kg
It's not meant to be that hard to keep going during a recovery run is it?

Thursday Jun 5

Running - Off road intervals 12:00 [5]
8 times 90 sec gradual up hill. 2 min recovery. Turkey crossing up to the curl in the curly road paddock road. Supposed to be focussing on form and leg lift. Legs were concrete still from the weekend so had to draw on all forms of willpower to get this session done.

Running - Off road warm up/down 30:00 [2]
Up down and all around. Night time, so cut a few corners.

Wednesday Jun 4

Mountain Biking 1:25:00 [2]
Night ride with four others.

A bit of fartlek really. We were out for two hours and the computer only registered an hour and half so must of been a bit of stuffing around.

Feeling alright.

Tuesday Jun 3

Running - Road 25:00 [3]
Just to see if I can run. I can.

No real sore muscles (like the hammy or solous like last week), Just hips and a thighs are a little beat up from trying to protect the hips.

Track building again today which agrevates the hips aswell.

Monday Jun 2

Orienteering race 1:16:00 [5]
QB day 3, Bombing range. Carsten 73. thom 76 me, Aaron Darren (Those that weren't hungover seemed to feature a lot higher today although aaron still did alright).

Surprisingly running/feeling a hell of a lot better than yesterday. Even seemed to finish as strong as I started. Obviously still pretty crap but gives me some hope again.

Navigation pretty damn sloppy. Lots of time lost but was fun trying to hold Carsten off. He caught me three to go and I tried to hang on to finish...what a change of pace...

Think I need more time running through terrain reading a map. Reading the map clearly whilst running hard is probably the skill I miss most when out of practise. That leads to sloppy orientering as I try to run hard into the cirlce without reading any detail or having a plan.
