| hips chronically sore. Worse they have ever been. Hobbling around for the last few days, Looks like i'm limping from my calf but its the right hip thats fucken painful. Every now and then (getting up from siting) something clicks and its absolute agony. happened in bed too and I was couldn't move for about a minute because I was stuck. Got to get calf sorted so I can go running again and get back on top of it. I succumbed and took a antiflamme one of the days. |

| road hard down to Hellensville to pick up my car. Calf muscle instantly sore and swollen afterwards. Gutted, I thought riding would be ok. or maybe I just did too much yesterday with first run and piling on the heel raising exercises. |

| First run since screwing calf. Felt not bad. did a Thistle chipping/running session for about an hour. maybe this stop start technique wasn't best form of running for first session? but gave the pussy run a purpose and some satisfaction. |

| Physio on calf. Can't believe how good it is after 4 days of snow boarding/crashing and some walks. Can start exercising and hard core strengthing now. |

| Since the last post I haven't done much "training". Done about three rides, pulled my calf muscle on one riding with Amber. Didn't realize how bad it was for a few days but since then haven't done any riding. And was quite happy not to do any orienteering or running. |
